ECON acoustic through-desk screen

The ECON through-top screen separates two workstations facing each other and in doing so passes through the level of the desktop. That gives a real division rather than just a screen on top of the desk.

The screen is made from desktops that are reused, with one layer of absorption material of 100% recycled textile fibre. For organisations with sustainability targets this is a demonstrably circular choice.

• Absorption material: one layer, 100% recycled textile fibre from collected denim jeans
• Sound absorption: α_w 0.5 (EN ISO 11654)
• Fire class: B-s1,d0 (Euroclass according to EN 13501-1)
• Properties: resistant to mould growth
• Sustainability: approximately 97% recycled material, and with the right fabric choice even fully recycled
• Application: between two desks, passing through the top; height 65 or 80 cm
• Fixing: metal bracket on the edge of the desktop

Sizes and fabric

Unlike MUTE and NOVU, the ECON screen is not made to measure. dUTCHCREEN supplies it in fixed widths of 140, 160 and 180 cm, and in three colours from fabric group E (polyester): E01, E02 and E03.
