Hybrid working + working from home
With hybrid working, an employee has two workplaces: one at the office and one at home. BNR supplies complete home workstations and delivers them to the employee's home address. The employer's duty of care for an ergonomic workplace also applies to that home address.
Complete home workstation
Desk, ergonomic chair, monitor arm or laptop stand, desk lamp, and cable management in one package. Expansion with an electric sit-stand desk, second screen, or drawer unit is possible.
Health & safety also applies at home
We supply chairs and desks that comply with NEN-EN 1335 and NPR 1813 standards, so that the home workplace meets occupational health and safety (ARBO) guidelines. Upon delivery, we adjust the chair, work surface, and screen height.
Delivery to home address
Our own installation team delivers and assembles by appointment at the employee's home, provides instructions on the settings, and collects the furniture at the end of employment.
Inventory
We map out how many employees work from home, how many days a week, and what space they have available at home.
Determine packages
One or two fixed packages per job group keeps choices, budget, and management straightforward. A basic package with a fixed desk, an extensive package with a sit-stand desk.
Delivery and home installation
We schedule an appointment at the home address for each employee. We assemble, clear away the packaging material, and ergonomically adjust the workplace.
Management, warranty, and collection
The employer receives one invoice and an overview of what is located where. Office furniture carries a 5-year warranty; upon termination of employment, we collect the workstation.

Yes, lease and financing are also available for self-employed professionals (ZZP'ers) and sole proprietorships, provided you meet the creditworthiness requirements.
With operational lease, you can choose to return, extend, or purchase the asset at its residual value. With financial lease, you automatically become the owner.
