Workplace advice
With workplace advice, BNR objectively maps out the work posture, settings, and environment of your workspaces. We measure chair, desk, and screen heights, assess lighting, acoustics, and legroom, and test against health and safety guidelines, NPR 1813, and NEN-EN 1335. You will receive a report with concrete adjustments and a prioritization.
Individual workplace advice
Intake regarding complaints and tasks, measurement of heights and distances, adjustment of chair and desk, and instruction on work posture. Suitable for complaints, after absenteeism, for pregnancy or a disability, and for new employees. Duration approx. 30 to 45 minutes, including a written report.
Group and office-wide assessment
Assessment of multiple or all workspaces simultaneously: ergonomics, lighting, climate, acoustics, layout, and facilities. We measure with a lux meter, sound meter, and thermometer. The report contains bottlenecks, recommendations per workstation, prioritization, and a cost estimate.
Home workspace advice
Assessment of the home workspace on-site at the employee's location, remotely via video call, or based on photo analysis. Advice on layout, adjustments, and suitable products for a workspace that also meets requirements at home.
Advice and reporting
We assess the workspace and record findings and recommendations in a report. Within a few days of the visit.

Delivery and assembly
Our own assembly team delivers and installs the furniture and accessories on the agreed date.
Adjustment per user
Chair, desk, screen, and accessories are adjusted to the heights and distances that suit the user.
Instruction
Explanation of operation and settings, supplemented with advice on breaks, alternating sitting and standing, and the 20-20-20 rule for the eyes.
Aftercare
A follow-up check occurs after a few weeks. If settings or aids turn out to be insufficient, we will readjust them.

We work with a lux meter, sound meter, and measuring tape, and test against health and safety guidelines, NPR 1813, and NEN-EN 1335. This ensures our advice is traceable and not based on an impression.
Advice and implementation from a single source
We supply, assemble, and adjust the recommended products ourselves. You are free to purchase elsewhere; the advice remains usable in that case.
