Complete Workstations

Corner configuration with a white frame, wood decor tabletop, office chair and laptop

Office interiors · Complete workstations

Desk, chair, storage and acoustics as one whole

We supply the workstation complete — from concept to installation. From 5 to 500 workstations, placed by our own installation team.

What it is

A workstation is more than a desk with a chair

A productive working environment starts with a well-considered workstation. BNR supplies complete workstations — from concept to installation — tailored to your organisation, your staff and your space. We coordinate every component, so that you do not have to.

In practice that makes the biggest difference for the parts that often do not match when ordered separately: the height of the tabletop relative to the chair, the armrest relative to the tabletop, the screen at the right distance and the cables tidied away with it. We supply these as one set and adjust them on site.

Example configurations

Three ways to put together a workstation

Which form it takes depends on the space and on how permanent the workstation is. These are the three we supply most often.

Office chair at an electric sit-stand desk by a window

Fixed workstation for one

Approx. 6 m² · 1 person · own desk and chair

An electric sit-stand desk of 160 or 180 cm with a chair that is adjusted to the user, a monitor arm and a drawer unit under the tabletop. At a fixed workstation the adjustment is a one-off job; after that everything is right.

Corner workstations with a continuous tabletop in an office space

Duo or bench for a team

Approx. 12 m² · 4 people · continuous tabletop

Two or four workstations on one frame, with a screen in between and one cable tray along the whole length. Cheaper per workstation than separate desks, and easier to extend when the team grows.

Workstation configuration with an acoustic back wall as a divider

A flexible workspace anyone can work at

Shared use · memory controls · locker included

At a shared workstation the controls with memory positions pay for themselves: one button and the top is back in the right position. Add a locker or personal drawer, otherwise clean desk will not work.

Components

What belongs to a complete workstation?

Bespoke desk and chair

A sit-stand or fixed desk at the right height, combined with an office chair to NEN-EN 1335. The basis of every healthy workstation.

Storage per person

Drawer units, cabinets and lockers where they are needed. At flexible workspaces a personal storage place is not an extra, but the condition for a tidy floor.

Light on the task

General lighting plus task lighting on the desktop. That prevents tired eyes for anyone looking at a screen all day.

Acoustics on the floor

Acoustic panels and partitions for calm on the floor. A screen on the desktop removes the direct line of sight and absorbs sound on the way.

Cables concealed

Cable tray under the tabletop, a cable outlet in the tabletop and a built-in module with power and USB. That keeps the workstation tidy and safe.

Accessories that finish it off

Monitor arm, laptop stand, document holder, footrest and a floor mat. Small in the budget, big in daily use.

Frequently asked questions

Yes, lease and financing are also available for self-employed professionals (ZZP'ers) and sole proprietorships, provided you meet the creditworthiness requirements.

With operational lease, you can choose to return, extend, or purchase the asset at its residual value. With financial lease, you automatically become the owner.

All costs are communicated clearly in advance. There are no hidden fees.

This depends on the type of financing and the terms and conditions. We would be happy to discuss this with you.
