What to look for

Five questions before you choose

How many people at once? A booth for one person is different from a pod where four of you sit at a table.
Closed cabin or open nook? A cabin with a door needs ventilation and lighting. An open nook such as the Cell Space dampens sound but does not close off.
How long will you be in it? A shelf is enough for a short call. If you work in it for longer, choose a desktop or a height-adjustable worktop.
Power and network. Check which connections are in the booth and where the nearest power socket is.
Will it fit? Measure the floor space, the clear height and the route in, such as the doors and the lift.

What is the difference between a phone booth and a meeting pod?

A phone booth is made for one person: calls, video calls or focused work. A meeting pod is larger and has room for two to eight people around a table. Both are free-standing and do not need to be built in.

Do the booths have ventilation and lighting?

The closed cabins do. The X-Pod phone booth refreshes five cubic metres of air per minute and has dimmable lighting. The Askia Kameleons have a ventilation system with an air ioniser. The Sitland Cell Space is an open nook without a door or roof, so it needs no ventilation or lighting of its own.

What do delivery and installation cost?

Delivery and installation are free from €500 excl. VAT. Every booth on this page is above that. We deliver and install on working days.

Can I lease a phone booth?

Yes. You then pay a fixed amount per month instead of the full purchase price at once. See lease & financing or ask about it in your quote.

Can I choose the colour or finish?

For most models, yes, such as the colour of the felt on the inside, the fabric or the type of glass. What is possible per model is listed on the product page.
