Project design
For project furnishing, BNR handles the entire process: on-site inventory, design, delivery, and installation. We work for SMEs, education, healthcare, and hospitality, ranging from five to over five hundred workstations. You have a single point of contact from the initial meeting to final delivery.
On-site inventory
We map out the space, the number of workstations, your wishes, and your budget. We also determine which existing furniture can still be used.
Custom 3D design
A layout plan with color schemes and materials, so you can see the design before anything is ordered. Interior advice and 3D design are free.
Delivery and installation
Our own installation team will place the complete interior in one go, at an agreed time, and with minimal interruption to your work.
On-site intake meeting
A project consultant visits you, inspects the space, and takes inventory of your wishes, quantities, and budget. No strings attached.
Design and material selection
You will receive a floor plan and 3D design. You can view desk surface samples and fabric swatches in our showroom in Moordrecht.
Quote and planning
A specified quote per component, including installation. Once approved, we finalize the delivery dates and schedule.
Delivery and final handover
Our installation team delivers, assembles, and adjusts everything. We take away all packaging materials.
Aftercare and warranty
Five-year warranty on office furniture. Your dedicated contact person remains available for any questions or reorders.

Yes, lease and financing are also available for self-employed professionals (ZZP'ers) and sole proprietorships, provided you meet the creditworthiness requirements.
With operational lease, you can choose to return, extend, or purchase the asset at its residual value. With financial lease, you automatically become the owner.
All costs are communicated clearly in advance. There are no hidden fees.
