A canteen or company restaurant is more than just a place to eat lunch. It is the space where employees take breaks, meet one another, and hold informal discussions. BNR designs canteens as multifunctional spaces, ranging from a compact coffee corner to a full-service company restaurant.
Lunch and breaks
Canteen tables and chairs or benches for the lunch hour, with a practical setup for coffee, tea, and catering. Cabinets and shelving keep tableware and supplies out of sight.
Informal working and meetings
Outside of peak hours, the canteen serves as a workspace and meeting spot. High tables and bar stools are suitable for quick standing meetings, while smaller tables are ideal for conversations between two or three people.
Presentations and drinks
With movable furniture, you can clear the space for a meeting or a social gathering. Proper lighting and acoustics ensure that people can hear each other clearly.
Seating and peak capacity
Together with you, we determine how many seats are needed and how busy the space is during the peak moment of the day. That number determines the choice and scale of the furniture.
Layout and zoning
The available space is divided into zones: eating, informal meetings, and thoroughfares. Large dining tables for group use and smaller tables are positioned to optimize the use of space.
Material selection and cleaning
We select furniture that is resistant to intensive use and is easy to keep clean. In a space where people eat, ease of maintenance is a major factor.
Delivery and installation
Our own installation team delivers and places the furniture according to the agreed layout and removes all packaging material. Office furniture comes with a 5-year warranty.

Yes, lease and financing are also available for self-employed professionals (ZZP'ers) and sole proprietorships, provided you meet the creditworthiness requirements.
With operational lease, you can choose to return, extend, or purchase the asset at its residual value. With financial lease, you automatically become the owner.
All costs are communicated clearly in advance. There are no hidden fees.
