dUTCHCREEN

dUTCHCREEN is a Dutch manufacturer of acoustic interiors for the workstation: desk screens, partitions, panels for wall and ceiling, an acoustic column and a planter. The company started in 2006, was officially founded in 2009 and produces everything in its own workshop in Roosendaal.

In every line the acoustic filling is 100% recycled textile fibre from collected jeans, resistant to mould growth and with fire class B-s1,d0 (EN 13501-1). For the MUTE and NOVU partitions, the BELI column and the SENA planter, dUTCHCREEN specifies sound absorption class A, with a measured α_w of 0.95 (EN ISO 11654); for the ECON partition and the panels it is an α_w of 0.5.

With MUTE and NOVU you determine the dimensions yourself, with a choice of more than seventy fabrics in four groups. The ECON partitions are made from reused desktops — around 97% recycled material, and with the right fabric choice even entirely so — and come from a fixed size list. On the MUTE desk-mounted screen about half is recycled, supplemented with FSC-certified product.
