Large meeting tables

A large meeting table is the centrepiece of the boardroom, the executive office or the training room. Here you will find meeting tables for ten people and more: from a single long top to linked tops of five metres or longer, in melamine, lacquer, glass or wood veneer. At these lengths, stability, legroom and cable management matter just as much as appearance.

Which large meeting table suits you?

• Available quickly: the BNR Qfour in 320 x 160, 360 x 120 and 480 x 160 cm, and the Manager in ellipse 320 x 120 and oval 420 x 138 cm. In stock, delivered and installed within 5-10 working days.
• Up to 24 people: the Tmeeting 1 and Tmeeting 3 by Flexaro with linked 38 mm tops, also as a U-shape or square layout.
• Italian design: the X7 and X8 up to 640 cm, the T45 with its 85 mm thick edge and the veneer tables X9, X10 and e-10 by Quadrifoglio.
• Sit-stand: the Flex 3+ meeting and the Freestand, electrically adjustable up to 480 cm long.

What to look for in a large table

Allow 60 to 70 cm of table edge per person and at least 100 cm of walking space behind the chairs. For tops of three metres or more, choose a thicker top or a frame that supports the top along its full length so it does not sag. And plan in advance where power and data will go: a cable tray or built-in unit in the top keeps cables off the floor.

For twelve people choose a table of roughly 360 to 420 cm long and 120 to 160 cm wide, such as the Qfour 360 x 120 cm or the Tmeeting 3 for 12 people.

Will a large table fit through a normal door?
