BNR Totale Kantoorinrichting has been active in professional office furnishing for over 35 years. From ergonomic office chairs and sit-stand desks to acoustics and complete workspace concepts. We operate from our location in Moordrecht within a radius of approximately 50 kilometers, with our own installation team and a dedicated contact person for every project.
Everything under one roof
Furniture, acoustics, storage, and office machines all come together with us. You work with one party for advice, 3D design, delivery, and installation, from a single workspace to a complete department.
In-house installation team
We handle delivery and installation with our own technicians. They place the furniture in the agreed location, remove the packaging material, and leave the workspaces ready for use.
A dedicated contact point
You have one contact person who guides your project from design to delivery. We provide advice on-site or in our showroom, ensuring the layout aligns with your work processes.

From local office furnisher to full-service partner
What started as a local office outfitter grew into a party that handles the entire process: inventory, design, delivery, installation, and follow-up care.
A broader range
In addition to desks, chairs, cupboards, and acoustics, we supply office machines from Brother, Develop, HP, Konica Minolta, Olivetti, Ricoh, and Kyocera. This keeps the office setup complete.
Showroom and in-house installation
At Westbaan 170 in Moordrecht, there is a 1,000 m² showroom where you can see the furniture in full scale. Execution is carried out by our own installation team.

We work with quality brands and recommend solutions with a long service life. We provide a 5-year warranty on office furniture.
Service area
We work within a radius of approximately 50 kilometers around our location in Moordrecht, for example in Rotterdam, Gouda, Zoetermeer, and Dordrecht. Projects outside that area are possible upon consultation. On-site advice is part of this.
Showroom by appointment
Our 1,000 m² showroom at Westbaan 170 in Moordrecht can be visited by appointment only.
Warranty
We provide a 5-year warranty on office furniture. Interior advice and a 3D design of your layout are free of charge.
Service after delivery
Even after delivery, you can continue to rely on the same contact person for additions, maintenance, and service for office machines.

Yes, lease and financing are also available for self-employed professionals (ZZP'ers) and sole proprietorships, provided you meet the creditworthiness requirements.
With operational lease, you can choose to return, extend, or purchase the asset at its residual value. With financial lease, you automatically become the owner.
All costs are communicated clearly in advance. There are no hidden fees.
