Yes. BNR Total Office Furnishing provides complete office interiors for SMEs, with our showroom in Moordrecht as our base of operations. We do everything under one roof: advice, design, delivery, and installation by our own team.

Can I have an advisor visit my location?

Yes. Our advisors will visit you for a no-obligation, personal consultation on-site. We map out your space, work processes, and requirements, and use that as the basis for a design and layout plan.

Where is your showroom located?

Our showroom is at Westbaan 170 in Moordrecht, featuring free parking and a central location. You can experience office chairs, workstations, and setups yourself and test them out. We are available by phone on business days from 08:30 to 17:30. Visits to our showroom are by appointment only.

How does an office furnishing project work at BNR?

In four steps: (1) on-site inventory and advice, (2) design and layout plan, (3) delivery and assembly by our own team, and (4) aftercare and service. You have one single point of contact from the initial sketch to completion.

Do you handle delivery and installation yourselves?

Yes. We work with our own installation teams who deliver everything neatly and ready for use, with minimal disruption to your daily operations.

What is an NPR 1813 office chair?

NPR 1813 is a Dutch practice guideline that sets additional ergonomic requirements on top of the European EN 1335 standard. An NPR 1813 office chair offers a wider adjustment range (seat height, seat depth, armrests, backrest), allowing the chair to be adjusted for almost any user. It is the common standard in the Netherlands for healthy and responsible sitting in the office.

What is the difference between NPR 1813 and EN 1335?

EN 1335 is the basic European standard for dimensions, safety, and durability of office chairs. NPR 1813 goes a step further with stricter adjustability and ergonomic requirements tailored to the Dutch user. In short: every NPR 1813 chair complies with EN 1335, but not vice versa.

How do I choose the right ergonomic office chair?

Pay attention to adjustability (seat height, seat depth, arm and backrests), lower back support, and whether the chair complies with NPR 1813 for intensive use. It is important that the chair is adjusted to your body measurements — which is why we recommend test-sitting in our showroom or having it adjusted on-site.
